Every Kelpia piece is made to order, which means each item is produced especially for you after you place your order. Please allow time for both production and delivery.

Order processing (production)

Once your order is placed, it takes 2-5 business days to produce your item and prepare it for shipping. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

• Delivery times are calculated after production is complete.
• Europe standard delivery takes 5-20 business days.
• Europe express delivery, where available, takes 1-3 business days.
• International and worldwide standard delivery takes 5-20 business days.

Your estimated total time is production of 2-5 business days plus delivery. Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs and import duties (international orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be charged handling, customs, or import fees upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it went unclaimed, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
